How to make playdough

Hey did you know that playdough is so FUN! Do you like playdough? Playdough is squishy because it’s dough! It’s so fun! So I will show how to do it:
Step 1: you need 2 cups of flour and then you pour it into a bowl. Then you need 1/2 a cup of salt then you pour it in.
Step 2: you get oil then you pour 2 tablespoons. Next you put 2 tablespoons of cream of tartar.
Step 3: you put hot water in the flour and salt. When it‘s done you put it out of the bowl. Then you Put food colouring on it then guess what we are DONE!

Something in the water

On Monday morning rooms 19 and 20 and the school went to the hall to immersion assembly to learn about fish. First we went to the hall. Next it started but we had to talk about all kinds of fish. Then they gave out all tiny fish. After that is was team 1’s movie. Later it was done and it was about looking after the pacific thanks to s.o.f.a! “Now it’s team 2’s movie” said mr Burt. Then it was done and it was funny! Then it was team 3, 4 and team 5. My favourite movie was team 2 because it was funny like so funny.

This week we talked about the sun and moon and if we wanted to live there.

Ryan the owl

On e upon a ti e there was an owl in a cave with creatures. The owls name was Ryan. Ryan has green wings and a blue tummy. One dark rainy night Ryan was going to get food for his babies called Josh, Rosh and Bosh. First Ryan went quietly out of the cave. Next Ryan found a mouse in the forest. Then it was big. Then he got it. After that Ryan went back and some bats trapped Rosh, Josh and Bosh. Finally Ryan came to save the babies but he had to fight the bats first. 10 mins later Ryan saved them.

Bowled Over

Year 5 & 6 camp

2 weeks ago year 5 & 6 had camp at school. It started on Monday. Some tents have 2 people, 3 people, and even 4 people. They had fun. For breakfast they had eggs. They had cool fun. They had cool stuff. They are so loud that we can’t do our work. When I’m in year 5-6 I’m going to be happy going on camp.
